I have voice samples of a British man and woman for my project, but it keeps reverting to American voices. Is there a way to force it to be British?

Accent drift in XTTS usually comes down to the reference clip rather than the text. One clean six to ten second sample, single speaker and no background music, holds an accent far better than a longer noisy one. Keeping British spellings in the input text helps too, since the normaliser leans on orthography more than people expect.
