2. Intellectual Property & Open-Source Licenses

Ownership of Weights & Datasets: All copyrights, patents, and intellectual property rights associated with downloaded model weights, tokenizers, config files, source code, and datasets remain fully with their respective creators, publishers, and institutions (including DeepSeek, Meta AI, Alibaba Qwen, Mistral AI, Google, etc.).
License Compliance: Users must strictly adhere to the specific open-source licenses governing each repository (e.g., Apache 2.0, MIT, LLaMA 3.3 Community License) and any applicable acceptable use policies. Downloaded materials must not be used for illicit, harmful, or contractually prohibited purposes.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct Restrictions

By using this service, users agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

We assume no liability or warranty for the computational accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance of downloaded weights in your local environment;
We bear no financial liability for downtime caused by upstream Hugging Face outages, Cloudflare network maintenance, submarine cable faults, or force majeure events.

5. DMCA & Copyright Claims

We respect copyright and intellectual property. Because this service acts solely as a transient, pass-through reverse proxy without generating or altering upstream data, rights holders should prioritize notices to upstream Hugging Face Inc.
