On 2026-09-11 we probed the official portal behind each of the 48 states: 0 publish a subscribable feed, 7 have no WARN page that answers a plain request (every portal, what it publishes). The rest is a web page, a PDF pile or a search form — 37 layouts, 193 column names for 11 fields; the employer name alone travels under 8 headings. MD publishes no header row at all, so those columns are matched by position. Every number is recounted from the raw files on each refresh, and the mapping is re-audited whenever a state changes its export. That upkeep is what you pay for; the notices are public records and stay free.
| Employer | States | Spellings | How the states wrote it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sodexo | 31 | 15 | SODEXO · Sodexo* +13 more |
| Walmart | 30 | 41 | WALMART · WALMART INC +39 more |
A filter tuned to one spelling drops the rest; we resolve every name to one employer, daily. Proof, all free: notice-code crosswalk · 11-field schema · multi-state employers · notice periods · plant closings · layoffs by county · 7 sources compared.
What you get. Up to 500 employers (typed or a sheet link) plus whole states. Day one, every name is scored against the 59,806-notice archive; then each new filing by one of them lands the day we parse it on your private alert page, calendar (.ics), RSS and Slack/Discord/Teams webhook, with a second alert 14 days before the separation date. Honest limit: no native email — but the calendar feed needs none (subscribe once, it self-refreshes every 12 hours) and RSS→email works. Details and a live sample alert page →
Delivery. Your alert page, calendar, RSS and webhook go live on the next refresh after checkout (within 24h); the link is under View content in your receipt, or use the alert finder. Refunds. Full refund within 14 days, no questions; nothing auto-renews. Invoices. Gumroad issues the receipt; add your company name or PO yourself. Contact. Open a GitHub issue or reply to your receipt.
How your page is held. At an unguessable address (a hash of your email + a page key you choose; pick a long one) on a public host: unlisted, not confidential; it never carries your name, email or webhook URL. Sensitive list? Take webhook-only delivery and nothing is published for you.
